Weekly schedule of 20 hours, 690 € gross, must reside in the town. Ideal to combine with another position. Functions: General Maintenance Technician, joining the hotel's team. Will handle general facilities, general maintenance, respond to alerts or incidents, and provide logistical support for events. Minimum requirements: General knowledge of building and facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, electricity, painting, etc. Valued requirements: Any additional specific knowledge of particular installations. Necessary knowledge: In the aspects already mentioned, as well as tool usage and computer terminals at user level.
