Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform general maintenance tasks in buildings, including basic plumbing, electrical, and gardening repairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Gardening and property conservation tasks We are looking for a professional to carry out general maintenance tasks in buildings. Duties will include basic plumbing and electrical repairs, as well as gardening and other property conservation tasks. A medium- or higher-level vocational qualification related to the areas mentioned is desirable. A minimum of six months of prior experience in a similar position is essential. Additionally, a valid Type B driver's license and a personal vehicle are required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 7:00 to 15:00. The gross annual salary is 28\.000 euros, plus fuel reimbursement. The workplace location is Alcalá de Henares.
