Main responsibilities include repairing damages in rooms and common areas, as well as gardening and cleaning large areas. A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday is offered, with working hours from 7:00 to 14:30\. Every two weeks, a half-day shift will be scheduled on weekends, compensated by taking Friday off. The monthly net salary is 1300 euros. Demonstrable experience in painting, plumbing, and electricity work is required. Additionally, a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory to perform the duties. The employment contract type is indefinite.
