Main responsibilities include repairing defects in rooms and common areas, as well as gardening and cleaning large areas. A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday is offered, with working hours from 7:00 to 14:30. Every two weeks, half-day work will be required on weekends, compensated by taking Friday off. The remuneration will be €1300 net per month. Demonstrable experience in painting, plumbing, and electrical work is required. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required to perform the duties. The employment contract is indefinite.
