Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a hotel in Madrid, responsible for the general upkeep of facilities and prompt resolution of malfunctions. Key Highlights: 1. Basic maintenance in electricity, masonry, painting, and plumbing We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a hotel located in the heart of Madrid. Your responsibilities will include the general care and maintenance of facilities, as well as agile resolution of any problems or malfunctions that arise. Tasks range from basic maintenance in areas such as electricity, masonry, painting, and plumbing, to other activities necessary for the smooth operation of the establishment. A temporary contract is offered with a part-time schedule of 10 hours per week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, morning shift, between 08:00 and 14:00, with corresponding statutory breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Proximity to the workplace is an advantage. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Job-related training.
