Worker training and qualification We are seeking a Maintenance Technical Services Manager to supervise a work team in El Puerto de Santa María. Duties include directing, assigning, and inspecting tasks performed by personnel under supervision, specifying the methods and resources required to carry them out. The role also covers group organization, safety, and discipline, ensuring personnel fulfill their responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include providing data on costs and budget progress, as well as training and qualifying workers under supervision. This position requires experience and qualifications exceeding those of a first-class technician. A temporary employment contract is offered, with a maximum duration of three years, full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, and a monthly salary of 1880 euros. Evaluation criteria follow those established in the corresponding resolution issued by the General Directorate of Human Resources.
