The position involves performing general maintenance tasks at the San Marcos Industrial Park facilities in Getafe. The selected candidate joins a team dedicated to ensuring the operation of machinery and plant infrastructure in a food industry environment where equipment reliability is critical. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, periodic inspections, fault detection, and repairs.
Work is carried out in coordination with the team to resolve incidents and improve efficiency. The schedule follows rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and weekends). The ability to work autonomously and propose improvements is required. This position combines contractual stability with opportunities for professional growth.
A minimum of one year of experience in industrial maintenance tasks is required, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or installation fields, performed under the supervision of a supervisor. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification (Grado Medio) in disciplines related to mechanics or electricity is mandatory. Practical knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and installations is desired. The ideal candidate is responsible, proactive, capable of working autonomously, and fully available to work rotating shifts including morning, afternoon, and night.
