Therefore, we seek individuals who are passionate about their work and wish to grow with us. **Do you want to join the Happiness Industry?** We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our 4\* hotel in A Coruña. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Identify all equipment subject to maintenance. * Verify and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Inspect the condition of facilities, machinery, and equipment. * Contact and supervise subcontracted maintenance services and conduct regulatory inspections. * Carry out basic routine building maintenance repairs, coordinated with needs communicated by other hotel departments, as well as according to requirements identified during execution of preventive maintenance plans. * Keep Management and the Regional Maintenance Manager informed regarding the status of facilities and machinery, and the performance of suppliers and subcontracted maintenance companies. **What are we looking for?** * Knowledge of general building plumbing, electrical installations, fire protection systems, fault detection, HVAC systems, and domestic hot water production. * Knowledge of legionella control and prevention (for facilities with spas and swimming pools). * Prior experience in hotel or large building maintenance. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday. * We seek a dynamic individual with sufficient autonomy to manage the hotel’s maintenance department, capable of learning and adapting, and service- and availability-oriented. **What do we offer?** At Eurostars Hotel Company, you can become part of a leading, continuously growing and globally expanding travel sector company committed to the constant professional development of its team.
