Daily responsibilities include handling basic repairs and ensuring that all common facilities are always in perfect working order and well maintained. This is a permanent full-time employment contract. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00, allowing for free afternoons. The monthly salary for this position is €1\.500.
