Job Summary: We are seeking a Vocational Guidance and Labor Insertion Technician to support the social and labor integration of individuals at risk of exclusion through personalized itineraries. Currently, we are seeking a Vocational Guidance and Labor Insertion Technician to cover a maternity leave replacement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Conduct selection, intake, and initial diagnostic interviews, assessing the candidate's social and labor situation. \- Prepare the employability diagnosis and jointly define the participant’s individualized insertion itinerary. \- Identify and develop the transversal, basic, and professional competencies required to improve employability. \- Plan, implement, and continuously monitor insertion itineraries, adapting them to each individual’s progress. \- Design and deliver transversal and occupational training activities linked to the workplace and the labor market. \- Train on job search strategies, tools, and channels. \- Carry out corporate prospecting and labor intermediation tasks. \- Support the labor insertion process and conduct post-insertion follow-up. \- Coordinate with the production team, local organizations, and reference professionals (social services, health, etc.). \- Record and systematize all interventions in the established monitoring tools and prepare technical reports. \- Continuously monitor and evaluate the qualitative and quantitative outcomes of the programs. \- Technically execute and justify subsidized programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and call requirements. \- Support project drafting and preparation of grant applications and technical reports. Primary location: Viladecans. Occasional travel to Alt Penedès and Garraf. Type B driver’s license mandatory. Salary: €1,500.00–€1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
