Le Room Service, a leading company in outsourcing food & beverage services for hotels, continues its expansion and is seeking to hire a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Madrid area. We have collaborated for years with some of the country’s top hotel chains. Our growth requires us to bring on board a commercially minded individual eager to build long-term relationships with hotels and hotel groups. We are not looking for someone who waits for opportunities. We are looking for someone who goes out every morning to create them. **What will you do?** Your work will primarily take place outside the office. You will visit hotels. You will meet with hotel directors and facility managers. You will identify business opportunities. You will present our solutions. You will negotiate agreements. You will follow up to ensure each client enjoys an outstanding experience. **You will be the person driving Le Room Service’s growth in Madrid.** **We are looking for someone who...** * Enjoys selling and building relationships. * Is organized and autonomous. * Takes initiative. * Does not give up when hearing a "not yet". * Feels comfortable visiting clients daily. * Wants to grow professionally alongside an expanding company. Commercial experience in the hotel sector, food service, B2B services, or any consultative sales activity will be especially valued.
