Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Design Engineer to join our Business Development Department, focused on designing and performing technical calculations for international commercial proposals. Integration into the Business Development Department Have you recently completed your studies in **Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, or Building Engineering**, and are you looking to build your professional career within an industry-leading company? At PACADAR, we are leaders in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of **reinforced concrete prefabricated structures for Civil Works and Building Construction**. We are seeking a **JUNIOR DESIGN ENGINEER**, integrated into our Business Development Department, based at our offices in **MADRID city center (Manoteras area)**. We do not require prior experience; instead, we seek candidates motivated to train and grow as future talent for the company. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Recent graduate with a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Building, or Industrial Engineering** (degree obtained between 2022\-2025\). * English language proficiency at **B2 level or higher**. * **Motivation for long-term development within the company and interest in taking on new challenges.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design the **layout of international factories**, proposing alternative production and design solutions for evaluation, budgeting, and inclusion in international commercial studies. * **Perform technical calculations and design** for commercial studies. Carry out measurements, reinforcement quantity calculations, allocation of embedded components, preparation of documentation, etc. As well as **analyzing technical specifications** and translating them to the relevant internal departments. All this to support the preparation of a **technical and economic proposal** for assigned projects. * If the project is awarded, hand over all study-related information to the newly assigned project engineer. * Provide technical support to the commercial department. **WE OFFER:** \- One-year contract for professional practice, with realistic prospects for continuation thereafter. \- On-site position with flexible working hours, intensive Friday schedule, and one teleworking day per week.
