LUZA Group is seeking, for a leading company in sustainable construction and industrialized building, a **RESIDENTIAL SITE MANAGER.** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution, meeting cost, schedule, and quality requirements. * Organize the team, assign tasks, and properly coordinate both internal staff and any external personnel involved in the project. * Supervise compliance with preventive safety measures, as well as approved emergency measures for construction sites and building works. * Periodically report to management on the status of construction works and any deviations. * Control supply requirements in coordination with site supervisors. **Required qualifications:** \- Prior experience in building construction projects. \- University degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. **We offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday on a split shift; Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Project location: Alcalá de Henares. * Pension plan for the construction sector. * Flexible compensation (meals, transportation, childcare). * Benefits under the Madrid Construction Collective Agreement. * Pension plan for the construction sector. * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and expertise. **WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU!** Salary: €45,000.00\-€50,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
