B. Braun seeks to hire **5 IT Trainees** for its IT department. Selected candidates will work collaboratively with various departments (Industrial, Staff, Infrastructure, Logistics, and Operational Technologies) to help identify, analyze, and develop innovation opportunities—particularly those related to the application of **Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation**.
The start date is scheduled for **September 14**.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a comprehensive, cross-functional perspective of the IT area by participating in strategic projects and collaborating on identifying business needs, defining solutions, and developing high-value initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
* Analyze IT processes, activities, and services to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or Artificial Intelligence application.
* Conduct interviews and working sessions with various departments (Industrial, Staff, Infrastructure, Logistics, and OT) to identify needs and pain points.
* Collect, structure, and document information regarding processes, workflows, and optimization opportunities.
* Contribute to building a cross-functional database containing key process and business need information.
* Research trends, tools, and use cases of Artificial Intelligence applicable to the corporate environment.
* Evaluate implementation opportunities based on their impact, feasibility, and value to the organization.
* Collaborate in defining improvement proposals and new processes.
* Participate in developing business cases, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making.
* Design and document implementation proposals and roadmaps.
* Support planning and monitoring of pilot tests or projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive adoption of innovative solutions.
**Requirements:**
* Currently enrolled in a **Master’s program** (preferred) or in the final years of a Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Ability to formalize a **collaboration agreement with your university or educational institution**.
* Interest in digital transformation, innovation, and business-oriented Artificial Intelligence applications.
* Advanced level of English.
* Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation.
* Proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
* Communication skills and ability to interact effectively across departments.
