Requirements Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) Minimum experience: At least 1 year Minimum requirements: \- Technical training; customer service course is desirable. \- Extensive knowledge of construction trades or prior experience preferably within an insurance company or repair firms. Contacts with professionals from various construction trades who are interested in collaboration will be highly valued. \- Knowledge of the construction sector across different trades will be valued. \- Dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented, autonomous individual with strong teamwork skills, high stress and frustration tolerance, and excellent ability to work under pressure. Must also possess strong communication skills—assertive and empathetic. \- Proficiency in CRM software.
