Overview:
**Job Summary and Main Role**
The Human Resources Intern position is a highly diverse and challenging role. The HR Intern plays an important role within the Human Resources department, providing support to both store employees and the business as a whole.
Responsibilities:
**Administration**
* Employee documentation, letters to employees, etc.
* Processing new hires, contract amendments for current employees, and contract terminations.
* Periodic preparation of employee reports.
* Management of internal HR department documentation (e.g., labor inspections, letters, etc.).
* Handling employee requests such as leave applications, sabbaticals, general information inquiries, etc.
* Sick Leave Management: Tracking sick leave notifications, confirming medical certifications, and managing return-to-work procedures during Temporary Incapacity periods.
**Recruitment**
* Supporting the Human Resources department in its recruitment processes.
**Training**
* Supporting the Human Resources department in its training initiatives.
**Employee Relations**
* Providing consistent email responses to basic HR-related questions.
**Projects/Special Tasks**
* Additional special projects and specific tasks may also be assigned, depending on company needs and HR requirements.
Qualifications:
* Student in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, etc.
* Intermediate-to-advanced level of English
* Goal-oriented team player, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
* Analytical skills
* Interest in the Human Resources field and potential to grow within this discipline
* High standards of ethics and integrity
