**Home Care Assistant Moixent** **Job Description:** We are seeking a committed, responsible, and service-oriented Home Care Assistant to provide care and support to elderly individuals, as well as perform cleaning tasks in private households. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive support to dependent users, contributing to improving their well-being, autonomy, and quality of life. **Work Area:** Moixent, Valencia. **Essential Requirements:** * Formal training in the sociosanitary field, such as: * Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for People at Home. * Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions. * Nursing Assistant Technician (TCAE). * Or equivalent qualifications. * Prior experience in caring for and supporting elderly individuals. * Responsible, empathetic, patient person with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Verifiable professional references. * Knowledge of mobilizing dependent individuals. * Experience in medication monitoring and administration according to established guidelines. * Knowledge of common pathologies in elderly individuals (Alzheimer’s disease, dementias, ALS, or other neurodegenerative diseases). **Main Responsibilities:** * Personalized care and companionship for elderly individuals. * Support in basic activities of daily living: personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. * Supervision and follow-up of daily routines. * Medication control according to prescribed instructions. * Emotional support and promotion of social participation. * Performing household cleaning and basic home maintenance tasks. **We Offer:** * TEMPORARY employment contract for temporary service, with possibility of conversion to indefinite-term contract. * **Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.** * **Job stability and a positive working environment.** * **Respectful and collaborative professional environment.** * Possibility of increasing working hours according to service needs. * **Start Date: August 31 | Position Type: Temporary Contract** Benefits: * Uniform provided Salary: €9.60–€12.00 per hour Benefits: * Uniform provided Work Location: On-site employment
