The position requires prior experience in similar roles and an intermediate level of office software proficiency for daily tasks. Relevant sector-specific training or knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality management, and environmental care will be considered a plus. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing training on work methods, and addressing any incidents arising at the facility. It will also be necessary to prepare reports on the condition of facilities, monitor employee attendance, and manage required administrative documentation. In addition, periodic meetings will be held to monitor service performance and ensure compliance with all established internal procedures. The offered contract is indefinite with full-time hours from 8:00 to 16:00\.
