Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to perform comprehensive tasks in parks and green areas, including preventive, corrective, and cleaning activities. Key Highlights: 1. Painting and general cleaning tasks Prior experience in comprehensive facility maintenance is required, along with possession of a Class B driver's license. The ability to work effectively in a team is also essential. Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management is considered an advantage. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher, or a permanent incapacity resolution, is desirable. Responsibilities include following the designated route across various parks and green areas in Benalmádena. Additionally, preventive, corrective, and conductive comprehensive maintenance tasks are carried out, together with painting and general cleaning of facilities. Working hours are full-time, from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 14:30, with scheduled breaks. The contract offered is temporary.
