As an Elevia Functional Analyst, you will perform tasks related to system configuration and maintenance, ensuring optimal and efficient system performance. You will provide technical and functional support to users, resolving queries and incidents related to their daily operations. You will administer application-level and data-level security, guaranteeing the protection and confidentiality of corporate information. You will create and maintain reports, documents, and associated deliverables, ensuring they provide accurate and useful information for users and management. You will support the migration and integration of new companies into Elevia. You will deliver technical and functional training to users and the team. You will manage and optimize the EIAC module.
