Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst for Elevia to configure and maintain the program, provide technical and functional support, administer security, create reports, and support migrations and integrations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimal configuration and maintenance of the Elevia program 2. Technical and functional support to users 3. As the Elevia Functional Analyst, you will perform tasks related to the configuration and maintenance of the program, ensuring the system operates optimally and efficiently. You will provide technical and functional support to users, resolving queries and incidents related to their daily operations. You will administer security at the application and data level, guaranteeing the protection and confidentiality of corporate information. You will create and maintain reports, documents, and associated deliverables, ensuring they provide accurate and useful information for users and management. You will support the migration and integration of new companies into Elevia. You will deliver technical and functional training to users and the team. You will manage and optimize the EIAC module.
