As **Finance Data \& BI Technical Lead**, you will own the design and delivery of end\-to\-end data solutions for the Finance domain, from ingestion to reporting. You will lead a BI delivery team and act as the technical authority for Finance data products built on **Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Power BI**. **Key Responsibilities** * Own the **technical delivery and quality** of Finance data \& BI solutions * Lead the design and implementation of: + Data pipelines + Data models and marts + Reporting and dashboards * Ensure alignment with **data governance, architecture standards and best practices** * Act as **Tech Lead** on Finance data initiatives (design, estimation, delivery oversight) * Collaborate closely with **senior Finance stakeholders** to translate business needs into scalable solutions * Provide **technical guidance and mentoring** to the delivery team * Contribute hands\-on when needed (development, troubleshooting) * Drive **Agile delivery and CI/CD practices** (Azure DevOps / GitHub) * Continuously improve the **Data \& BI framework and ways of working** **Qualifications** * Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience * Strong experience delivering **end\-to\-end data solutions in Finance environments** * Ability to engage and influence **senior stakeholders** * Hands\-on mindset with leadership capability * Fluent English **Required Experience \& Skills** * **6\+ years** in data engineering / BI, including **3\+ years in a Lead role** * Strong experience with **Azure data ecosystem** (cloud \+ hybrid) * Deep expertise in: + Snowflake + DBT + Azure Data Factory + Power BI (incl.
