




Job Summary: We are seeking a Factory Manager to lead and coordinate production operations, optimize processes, and manage teams in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are searching for a **Factory Manager** for our client located in **Alhama de Murcia**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Lead, coordinate, and supervise all production operations at the plant (mixing, bagging, palletizing, and dispatch of agricultural substrates). * Act as the liaison between senior management and operational departments to achieve strategic objectives. * Plan and control production according to order forecasts, inventory levels, and raw material availability. * Optimize processes and workflows to reduce waste, downtime, and improve efficiency. * Supervise product quality and ensure compliance with industrial safety protocols. * Manage and motivate the plant’s workforce, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Analyze production KPIs and report results to management, proposing continuous improvements. * Implement the 5S methodology across all work areas to promote a clean, organized, and safe environment. * Monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent stockouts and unnecessary excesses. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or higher education qualification. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within industrial environments, preferably in the **agri-food or agricultural inputs sectors**. * Ability to lead work teams and manage human resources on-site. * Proficiency in digital management tools (ERP, WMS, Excel, etc.). * Results-oriented mindset, strong analytical capability, and commitment to continuous improvement. * English language proficiency. * Knowledge of the 5S methodology and operational performance indicators is desirable. **What does the company offer?** * Opportunity to join a market-leading company with growth prospects. * Permanent contract. * Working hours: 8\-14h and 16\-18:30h. * Salary: 30\-35K B/a.
