University degree or higher vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Technical Architecture, with demonstrable prior experience in similar roles. Minimum 4\-5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance—covering HVAC/Electrical/Fire Protection & Life Safety systems, etc. Experience leading technical teams. Collaborate with other Operations Managers to ensure collaborative business development, effective teamwork, and peer support. Provide leadership, guidance, advisory support, coaching, and direct assistance—as needed—to promote best practices in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and recognition/reward. Ensure provision of a safe and healthy working environment, and guarantee compliance with all company policies and procedures—as well as the client site’s policies, procedures, and work agreements—as required. Control and management of the building infrastructure’s Preventive Maintenance Plan. Control and management of corrective actions and incidents related to the building. Supervision of building vendors’ maintenance activities. Preparation of repair and new installation budgets.
