This team plays a key role in the supply chain, ensuring the availability of technical components under optimal conditions of cost, quality, and delivery time. Procurement works closely with engineering, quality, logistics, and finance departments, providing a cross-functional business perspective and contributing to the success of international automotive projects. Training Objectives – Master’s Program in Productivity, Adaptive Management, and Innovation During the program, the intern will be able to: * Learn how to **optimize supply chain processes**, aligning costs, lead times, and technical requirements. * Develop competencies in **data analysis and reporting**, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Understand the **bid evaluation and purchase order management process** in industrial settings. * Participate in **negotiations with international suppliers**, gaining strategic insight. * Apply concepts of **adaptive management and data-driven decision making**. * Integrate into collaborative environments, fostering **innovation and continuous improvement**.
