Present in 12 countries, we specialize in the investment, design, construction, and management of large-scale projects across sectors such as **Concessions, Energy, and Infrastructure.** We are seeking to incorporate into our team **an Electrical Site Manager** with experience to lead the execution of electrical installations for a new 150 MW photovoltaic solar park. Responsible for ensuring that the electrical infrastructure is built according to established standards of quality, safety, budget, and schedule. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Operational Management: Supervise the execution of electrical works (installation of electrical equipment, laying of medium- and low-voltage cables, connection of inverters and transformer substations). * Planning: Coordinate the project schedule, ensuring compliance with technical and financial milestones. * Subcontractor Control: Supervise and validate the work performed by subcontracted companies, guaranteeing technical efficiency on site. * Safety and Quality: Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and environmental quality protocols. * Technical Liaison: Act as the technical liaison point between project management, the client, and technical control bodies. **To join our team, you need:** **Experience:** Minimum 5 years managing electrical construction projects, preferably in large-scale photovoltaic projects (>50 MW). **Education:** Technical or University Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Renewable Energy). **Mobility:** Willingness to reside or relocate to the project area for the duration of the construction. **What do we offer?** * **A high-impact project:** You will have the opportunity to work on an innovative, large-scale infrastructure project, leaving your mark. * **Professional development:** We offer a long-term career path within a leading, solid, and diversified company, with real opportunities for growth and internal promotion. * **Continuous training:** We provide specialized training to help you continuously develop your knowledge and skills, keeping you always at the forefront of the industry.
