DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in Transmission and Distribution (T\&D) to join our team. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong analytical capabilities to participate in the development of basic and detailed engineering for electrical substations and distribution lines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the sector and solid expertise in the design and calculation of electrical distribution systems. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a leading company in the energy sector, with remote work available. **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in the preparation of basic and detailed engineering for electrical substations. * Design and calculate electrical distribution lines. * Perform complex electrical calculations for substations and distribution lines. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper project execution. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and technical standards for transmission and distribution projects. * Supervise and review generated technical documentation, ensuring its quality and accuracy. **Requirements:** * University degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, with focus on T\&D. * Experience in designing and calculating electrical substations and distribution lines. * Proficiency in specialized software: * AutoCAD * ETAP * Solid understanding of electrical distribution principles. * Ability to perform detailed electrical calculations. * Capacity to work independently and collaboratively. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Availability for remote work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of other electrical simulation and design tools. * Experience in project management. * Relevant certifications in the T\&D field. * Familiarity with applicable international and local regulations.
