You will be a key contributor to our students’ learning journey, accompanying them at every stage of their practical driving training. Your mission will be to help them gain confidence, develop safe driving skills, and prepare them to face the road responsibly and autonomously. Additionally, we would love to welcome you if you have interest or experience in delivering theoretical training, such as courses for obtaining or renewing the CAP, ADR, or road safety awareness and re-education programs. As a Driving School Instructor, you will be responsible for: Delivering lectures on driving theory, traffic regulations, and vehicle handling techniques. Applying effective teaching methodologies to facilitate student learning. Providing personalized educational guidance to each student, identifying and addressing their individual needs. Conducting practical driving sessions using the driving school’s vehicles, supervising and evaluating student performance. Participating in the selection and training of new instructors for the driving school team. As a Driving School Instructor, you will play a key role in our students’ training. Among your main responsibilities will be: Delivering clear, engaging, and effective theoretical driving lessons covering traffic regulations and vehicle handling techniques. Applying dynamic teaching methodologies that facilitate learning and maintain student motivation. Providing close, personalized support, adapting to each student’s needs to help them progress confidently. Conducting practical driving lessons, guiding and evaluating students’ performance so they acquire confidence and autonomy behind the wheel.
