We carry out project design and calculation, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our services include both proprietary projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are currently seeking a **Project Director** to join a nationwide electrical substation project based in **Madrid**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and analysis of technical specifications, as well as preparation of improvement proposals for project execution. * Analysis and evaluation of engineering solutions, ensuring their technical and economic feasibility. * Supplier management, solicitation and comparison of technical quotations, and support in procurement of equipment and materials. * Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, reviewing monthly project progress. * Coordination and participation in follow-up meetings with the construction team and the client. * Site visits to supervise proper execution of works and compliance with planning. * Economic control of the project, including cost tracking and budget variance analysis. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start with a leading company in the engineering sector, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Master’s in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in the electrical sector as site manager or project director. * Experience managing and leading engineering technical teams. * Solid knowledge and experience in Medium- and High-Voltage substation projects. * Minimum professional English level B2\.
