If this sounds like you, keep reading. **What will you do daily?** * Participate in and lead large-scale digital transformation projects across various companies. * Act as a reference figure to ensure positive cultural change impacts the business. * Work using agile methodologies within a continuous integration environment. * Coordinate with all company teams to ensure their integration into the process and alignment throughout. * Make decisions regarding technological solutions to be applied and/or changed. **What do we expect from you?** * Prior experience in similar projects. * A technical education enabling deeper understanding of development teams. * Numerous strengths—especially initiative, resilience, and empathy. * Passion for digital transformation and the ICT environment, matching our own.
