We are looking for **a Community Dietitian** to join one of our residential facilities in **Sabadell**. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing the center’s menus, controlling and ensuring quality and nutritional standards. **We offer:** * Weekly working hours: 30 hrs. * Salary: approx. €1,212 per month (14 annual payments). * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Job Responsibilities:** * Menu customization and adaptation to food allergies and intolerances. * Management of allergen lists and communication to the kitchen regarding portion sizes for each preparation required for each type of diet. Quality control. Close coordination and contact with the kitchen team are required. * Identification and reporting of detected nutritional and dietary issues. * Preparation of special diets and referrals. * HACCP control (mandatory and critical). * Nutritional workshops. * Leading the management of assigned centers—hospitals and residential facilities—ensuring efficient operation and achievement of established objectives, reporting directly to the Area Manager. * Effectively motivating and supervising teams under their supervision, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Establishing and maintaining close communication with clients, adopting a proactive approach and anticipating their needs to deliver exceptional service. * Achieving assigned objectives—both in terms of results and quality—while adhering to company standards and the client’s internal procedures.
