The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability through efficient demand planning and procurement management, aligning requirements with operational capacity and supplier delivery capabilities to optimize costs, reduce stockouts, and maintain the established service level. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, sales data, seasonality, and commercial campaigns. * Maintain and periodically adjust the *forecast* in planning systems (*ERP*, statistical tools, or BI). * Analyze deviations between actual and forecasted demand (*forecast accuracy*) and propose improvement actions. * Incorporate internal data (promotions, product launches, price changes) and external data (market conditions, competition) into forecasts. * Build and maintain control dashboards (KPIs) to monitor service levels, inventory coverage, and OTIF (*On Time In Full*). * Analyze consumption patterns and trends to anticipate risks of stock shortages or excess inventory. * Issue and track purchase orders to national and international suppliers, as well as manage incidents/claims. * Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders according to requirements. * Act as liaison between commercial, logistics, operations, and supplier teams to synchronize plans. * Coordinate with Warehouse for material receipt. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a sector-leading company. * Continuous training and mentoring. * Positive work environment and cross-departmental collaboration. * Compensation commensurate with qualifications. ###### **Skills and Requirements** * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles, accustomed to managing demand planning tools and large volumes of data. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced English. ###### **About the Company** At Ralarsa, we are leaders in the vehicle glass repair and replacement sector, with over 40 years of experience delivering fast, safe, and top-quality solutions to our customers.
