We’re looking for a long-term travel companion — someone who wants to grow with us and contribute to the **Cívica** team over the long haul. The role to be filled is **Data Governance**, with focus on: Defining and documenting business terms, quality rules, lineage, and data products. Validating data quality and traceability to ensure proper usage. Keeping corporate data governance assets up to date in the designated tool (TrueDat, Atlan, or similar). Collaborating with business and technical teams to implement and ensure compliance with Data Governance processes. Participating in stakeholder meetings to align and track data governance initiatives. **Let the community guide you…** ----------------------------------- Hit play and discover it… **What do we need from you?** ---------------------------------- These are our non-negotiables: You must have **at least 4 years** of experience in: Proven experience in **Data Governance** projects, including participation in glossary definition, quality rules, lineage, and asset documentation. Proficiency in **SQL** for querying, validating, and analyzing data. Experience with data governance tools, preferably **TrueDat** or **Atlan** (or similar tools such as **Collibra**, **Informatica Axon/EDC**, or **IBM WKC**). **And additionally…** We’d love it if you had experience with data governance frameworks such as **DAMA/DMBOK**.
