From **Oxigent Technologies**, we are recruiting a **DATA ENGINEER (Data Products)** to join a **development and industrialization project for AI and Machine Learning models at scale**, as part of the company’s **Digital Hub**, located in **Barcelona.**
If selected, **your mission** will be to **operationalize advanced analytical models** and transform them into **reliable, accessible, and high-quality data products** for the ecosystem.
What will be your main responsibilities?
* **Design and maintain scalable data pipelines** (both **batch** and **real\-time**) to **process, evaluate, and integrate** outputs from **AI/ML models.**
* **Transform predictions and inferences** from **Machine Learning** into **structured data products** for internal applications and stakeholder consumption.
* Collaborate in a **multidisciplinary environment** using **Agile methodologies**, alongside Data Science, Data Platform, Backend, and MLOps teams to bridge the gap between lab-phase development and production deployment.
* Perform **data modeling** specifically oriented toward delivering metrics, features, and analytical insights to end systems.
* **Ensure data observability and quality**, implementing pipeline monitoring and model drift tracking.
To succeed in this role, what do you need?
* **At least 4 years of experience** in **Data Engineering**, including at least **2 years with Big Data frameworks.**
* Solid proficiency in **Python and SQL.**
* Practical experience with **Big Data technologies: Databricks, Spark, and Airflow.**
* Experience operating in **Cloud environments (GCP / Azure).**
* Familiarity with **monitoring tools: Grafana, Azure Monitoring.**
* Minimum **B2 level of English** (required for working in an international and multicultural environment).
