**Job Title:** Data Analyst **Location:** Remote / Hybrid / On\-site *(select one)* **Job Type:** Full\-time / Part\-time **Salary:** $32\.00 – $40\.00 CAD / hour *(or $65,000 – $80,000 CAD / year)* **About the Role** We are looking for an analytical, detail\-driven **Data Analyst** to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights. In this role, you will analyze operational and transactional data, build automated reporting pipelines, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to drive data\-informed decision\-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data from internal databases, CRM platforms, and payment/operational logs. * Build, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and KPI reports using modern BI tools. * Identify transaction patterns, anomalies, and operational performance trends to support management reporting. * Write optimized SQL queries to extract data and streamline recurring reporting workflows. * Partner with department leads to translate business requirements into technical analysis and clear visual summaries. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * 2\+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational reporting. * Strong proficiency in **SQL** and advanced **Excel / Google Sheets** (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query). * Hands\-on experience with data visualization tools (**Power BI**, **Tableau**, or **Looker Studio**). * Solid foundation in data cleansing, statistical concepts, and data validation techniques. * High attention to detail with strong analytical problem\-solving and documentation skills. * *Nice to have:* Basic scripting experience with **Python** (Pandas) or **R** for automated data extraction. **Benefits \& Perks** * Competitive compensation with structured review cycles. * Collaborative environment with access to modern analytics infrastructure. * Flexible working schedule and clear pathways for professional advancement.
