You will be responsible for: * Managing customer orders. * Providing first-level support. * Keeping customer and product information up to date and accurate. * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. * Coordinating with various internal teams. * Supporting contract renewals. * Ensuring all order-related activities are managed correctly and within established deadlines. **What profile are we looking for?** ------------------------- We seek a responsible, proactive, and committed individual who is dedicated to the success of their work — someone customer-oriented and capable of building strong relationships both with customers and colleagues.
