Responsibilities will include daily or weekly menu planning, tailored to requirements. Close coordination with the head chef or executive chef will be required to ensure proper task execution. Duties also cover supervision of efficient ingredient usage, waste control, and maintenance of overall kitchen and utensil cleanliness. In addition, strict compliance with current health and food safety regulations is mandatory, including monitoring refrigerator and food temperatures. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, with legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience of 1 year in this position is desirable. * We seek a proactive, dynamic, and responsible individual. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. * Professional training in cooking. \- Food handling.
