Position Summary: We are seeking a Management Controller who transforms data into decisions, provides financial insight to the business, optimizes processes, and leads financial modeling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards. 2. Collaborate with departments and international offices as a Business Partner. 3. Identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions. At **PROEDUCA**, we aim to incorporate a new **Management Controller**, focused on transforming data into decisions, providing financial perspective to the business, optimizing processes, and leading financial modeling. **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Modeling and Automation:** Design and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards for monitoring key KPIs. * **Strategic Analysis:** Prepare monthly analytical closings, annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, providing visibility to management. * **Process Optimization:** Identify inefficiencies and propose reporting automation solutions to maximize team agility. * **Business Partnering:** Collaborate closely with various departments and international offices, acting as a bridge between finance and business functions to achieve objectives. Anticipate risks and drive opportunities. ###### **What are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in **Big Four** (mandatory). Experience in a management control department at an end-client company is valued. * **Technical Stack:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially **Excel**, and **Power BI**. * **Soft Skills:** Strong teamwork capabilities and communication skills. Ability to adapt easily in highly dynamic, growth-oriented environments. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related field.
