Job Summary: We are seeking an accountant to support operational accounting, including invoicing, reconciliations, payment management, and collections tracking, within the financial services sector. Accounting, reconciliation, and payment management tasks We are looking for an accountant to join the accounting department of a company in the automotive-related financial services sector, headquartered in San Fernando de Henares. Main responsibilities include supporting operational accounting, both in accounts receivable and accounts payable. Key duties involve invoice accounting, bank reconciliations, payment processing to customers and suppliers, and tracking collections and bad debts. Recording of fees, taxes, and travel expense allowances is also required. Immediate availability is required. Candidates must hold a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or a related field, and have one to two years of experience in accounting tasks such as AR or AP. Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of SAP are desirable. A medium level of English (minimum B1\) and intermediate-level Excel proficiency are required. We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong teamwork skills. This is a temporary contract for six months, extendable by another six months. Working hours are flexible: Monday to Thursday, start time between 08:00 and 09:30, with departure from 17:15 onwards, completing eight and a half hours per day. On Fridays, the workday is six hours, with flexible arrival up to 09:00 and departure between 14:00 and 15:00\. The annual gross salary starts at 23\.000 euros, plus a 15% bonus on the fixed salary upon contract completion. A hybrid work model is offered (50% onsite and 50% remote after the training period), with a home-office allowance of 4.30 euros per remote working day, meal vouchers of 11 euros per working day (Monday to Thursday), and free parking.
