A construction company with projects in León is seeking to hire a **Construction Site Supervisor or Assistant Construction Site Supervisor** to strengthen its production team. We are looking for a responsible, organized, solution-oriented individual with a strong interest in professional development within the construction sector. **Main responsibilities:** * Support in layout and monitoring of construction work. * Daily organization and planning of tasks. * Coordination and supervision of work carried out by subcontractors. * Control of proper execution of work according to drawings and instructions from the site manager. * Monitoring of deadlines and material requirements. * Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety on site. * Reporting incidents and progress to the site manager. * Assistance in material receipt and verification of completed work. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of construction and construction execution. * Ability to interpret drawings and perform basic layout tasks. * Organized, responsible individual with capacity to coordinate teams. * Prior site experience is desirable but not mandatory for the Assistant position. * Valid driver's license. * Occupational Health and Safety training will be valued. **Offered:** * Employment with a stable and growing construction company. * Projects located primarily in León. * Permanent position with real opportunities for professional development. * Training and mentoring provided by the technical team and site supervisors. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with candidate’s experience and responsibilities.
