Responsibilities * Comprehensive supervision of construction sites, ensuring compliance with **technical drawings and documentation**. * Planning and coordination of all **trades**, material handling, and on-site logistics. * Management of **teams and subcontractors**, controlling schedules, quality, and safety. * Allocation of tasks between in-house and external personnel, optimizing resources. * Monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations. * Ensuring compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations** on site. * Direct reporting to the **Project Management Department** regarding progress, incidents, and requirements. Requirements * University degree in **Technical Architecture or Building Engineering**. * Accredited training in **Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)** (60 hours or more preferred). * Proven prior experience of **over 3 years** in managing building construction projects. * Solid knowledge of construction codes and regulations. * Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Attention to detail and capacity to solve problems efficiently. * Proficiency in project management tools and software. * Familiarity with **AutoCAD, Project, and Revit**.
