




Job Summary: A concierge position focused on cleaning common areas, monitoring facilities, assisting neighbors, and managing service providers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct neighbor assistance and communication Concierge position in Oropesa del Mar (Castellón), focused on cleaning common areas of a residential community. The working schedule is 38 hours per week. Working hours—subject to final confirmation—will be distributed as follows: two days per week from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 20:00 to 22:00; three days per week from 15:00 to 22:00; and one day per week from 16:00 to 22:00\. Slight adjustments to this schedule may occur. Main duties include cleaning common areas, monitoring and closing facilities such as the swimming pool, assisting and communicating with neighbors, managing service providers, and maintaining general order within the community. Prior experience in cleaning or concierge services is required, along with a disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher, strong interpersonal skills with neighbors, and availability to work split shifts and evening hours. The employment contract is full-time and temporary, with possible extensions and continuity depending on service needs.
