Administrative and digital marketing support An industrial machinery company operating in the paper industry is looking for a sales representative with high-level German and English proficiency to conduct international sales outreach using an existing database. Main Responsibilities \- Contact potential clients from a database \- Make outbound sales calls (primarily to Germany and also internationally) \- Present company services and identify client needs \- Generate new business opportunities (client acquisition) \- Follow up on contacts and keep the database updated \- Schedule meetings or video calls with prospective clients and relay them to the management team \- Retain contacts and maintain ongoing business relationships Administrative support tasks \- Email management \- Office administrative support \- Organization of commercial information and documentation Additional tasks (valuable): website management support, collaboration on digital marketing activities, and updating online content or databases * Experience: 12 months. Minimum 12 months’ experience in similar sales roles is preferred. * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP) * German (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced) * English (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Intermediate-to-advanced oral and written proficiency in German and English is essential (official certification not required) \- Strong communication skills, especially over the telephone \- Persuasive ability and client-facing expertise \- Minimum education: Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) or equivalent \- Willingness to travel occasionally \- Resilience in handling rejections (ability to remain motivated and continue working after negative responses in sales contexts) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2035
