Training of new team members At Serunion, a collective catering company with over 30 years of experience in the sector, we are looking for a Cook for the summer months at the L'Anunciata Residence in Juneda. **We Offer:** * Full-time position, 40 hours per week * Schedule: short week (3 days), long week (4 days), rotating and alternate weekends. * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Collective Catering **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
