Flexibility and adaptability to the workplace The ASPROS Foundation is currently recruiting a cleaning professional to cover a temporary staff absence at the Empresseguera Residential Facility, located in the horta of Lleida. The start date would be immediate, followed by the possibility of continuation until the end of September to cover service holidays. We are looking for a responsible, organized individual capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Cleaning and disinfection of common areas and rooms. Maintenance of order and hygiene across various center spaces. Use of cleaning products and tools according to established protocols. General support for the service’s cleaning needs. Compliance with hygiene and prevention standards. * Experience: 1 year. Prior professional cleaning experience of at least 1 year will be valued, especially in cleaning common areas, offices, residential centers, or similar facilities. Experience using professional cleaning products and tools, as well as the ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks, will also be valued. * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Responsibility and autonomy; Organizational skills; Good interpersonal treatment and respectful attitude; Ability to work in a team; Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene protocols; Flexibility and adaptability to the workplace; Minimum 1-year cleaning experience; Availability to work the indicated schedule; Responsibility and autonomy; Good interpersonal treatment and respectful attitude; A driver’s license and personal vehicle will be considered an asset. Fixed schedule from Thursday to Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The position is located at the Empresseguera Residential Facility in the horta of Lleida; therefore, having a personal vehicle is essential to reach the workplace.
