Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide financial support in establishing a new production line, ensuring sound economic planning and control of the project. Key Highlights: 1. Key financial support for a new project from scratch. 2. End-to-end budget management and cost control. 3. A work environment that values diversity and professional development. **Why do we need you?** A new project will be launched at the Quinto plant, involving the creation of an entirely new production line from scratch. To support this initiative, we require a professional who will provide financial support to the Project Manager, ensuring appropriate economic planning, control, and monitoring of the project in compliance with the Company’s internal policies. Main responsibilities include: * Supporting and advising the Project Manager in preparing, reviewing, and updating the project budget. * Updating and maintaining the budget structure throughout the various phases of the project. * Managing the budget in SAP. * Supporting the Project Manager in controlling and reporting project costs. * Continuously tracking costs against the approved budget. * Analyzing and communicating variances, potential risks, and spending trends. * Preparing and distributing periodic cost-tracking reports. * Supporting the management and control of payments to external suppliers. * Collaborating on the project’s financial planning and forecasting. * Conducting periodic expenditure projections to assess progress and estimate the project’s final cost. * Proactively identifying possible variances (overspending or cost deviations) to facilitate decision-making. * Providing additional support to the CSC team as required by business needs. **Is this role right for you?** This opportunity is ideal if you have: * A university degree in Business Administration. * A Master’s degree in Controlling is desirable. * English language proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is mandatory. * Solid experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is mandatory. **Nothing to forget** At Saint\-Gobain, we value teamwork and talent development.
