Professional development in Accounts Receivable DESCRIPTION Prosegur is seeking an intern for the Finance Department at our Advanced Administrative Center (CAAP). Located in Madrid, this position follows a hybrid model, combining office attendance with remote work. **What will be your responsibilities?** You will have the opportunity to learn how a finance department of a multinational company operates and gain knowledge of the various functions performed\_ * Participate in invoice issuance and in the integration of invoices into the company’s various systems * Learn the accounting associated with invoice issuance and collections application * Support compliance with tax authority reporting obligations for issued invoices; review errors and ensure adherence to deadlines and applicable tax regulations * Monitor incidents that may arise during the processes REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** We seek someone eager to learn and understand how our team operates, and additionally: * Students or recent graduates in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related fields * Proficiency in Excel * Interest in finance and accounting * Interest in professional development within the Accounts Receivable Department of a multinational leader in its sector * Data analysis capability and interest in process improvement **What do we offer?** * On-the-job training and learning * Full-time internship (Winter schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:00, Friday 9:00–15:00; Summer schedule: 9:00–15:00) * Possibility to formalize an agreement with your educational institution or through a center affiliated with Prosegur * Remuneration: €600/month **Our Purpose and Values** "Caring for people and businesses to make the world a safer place, staying at the forefront of innovation" has motivated us for over 50 years.
