ATI-100 Boilermaker **Indefinite-term contract \| Full-time** Do you want to lead work teams in a highly specialized industrial environment and participate in strategic projects in the nuclear sector? If you have experience in organizing assembly activities, team management, and heavy boilermaking, this opportunity may interest you. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? ✔️ Manage shift team personnel to carry out planned tasks, optimizing resources to meet established deadlines, ensuring work quality and worker safety. ✔️ Organize and explain the execution of assembly activities to personnel, assessing risks and potential issues during assembly operations. ✔️ Provide relevant and necessary instructions and documentation to assemblers and grinders so they perform work according to requirements and applicable regulations. ✔️ Ensure compliance with safety measures. ✔️ Enforce compliance with regulations, drawings, specifications, and all other applicable documentation for each assembly process. ✔️ Assign work bonuses to personnel. ✔️ Update the Assembly Manufacturing Record with progress on tasks. ✔️ Notify inspection points. ✔️ Coordinate with other trades to ensure efficient progress of work. ✔️ Inspect and validate scaffolding. ✔️ Coordinate external company support for internal workshop operations (painting and blasting). What do we offer? ✔️ Number of vacancies: **1** ✔️ Department: **Special Projects and Services** ✔️ Workplace: **Vargas (Cantabria)** ✔️ Indefinite-term, full-time contract. ✔️ Shift schedule: **2 shifts**. ✔️ Remuneration: fixed gross annual salary of **€32,400**, plus a variable component of up to **20 %**, linked to achievement of objectives, and a **shift-work premium**, with a theoretical gross annual amount of **€1,200**, in addition to social benefits stipulated in the ENSA Collective Agreement. Essential Requirements ✔️ Officially recognized or accredited qualification in Higher Vocational Training in Metallic Constructions **or demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in a similar position**.
