We are seeking a section manager for the hardware department at a specialized large-scale retail store in Alcorcón. Solid commercial experience and technical knowledge of the sector are required to lead the management of this strategic area. Responsibilities include coordinating and motivating the sales team, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, providing technical advice to both professionals and individual customers, and supervising proper product placement and in-store availability. A minimum of five years’ experience as team leader in specialized large-scale retail stores (hardware, construction, or paint) is required. Knowledge of tools, fasteners, hardware, and locksmithing is highly valued, along with a strong results orientation, leadership ability, and excellent communication and customer service skills. A permanent full-time contract is offered. The gross annual salary ranges between 20\.000 and 23\.000 euros, plus a variable sales incentive of up to 380 euros per month. Compensation of 65 euros is provided for each Sunday or public holiday worked during an eight-hour shift. After the probationary period, an annual language bonus of 1\.000 euros is granted. Working hours are split: from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with two days off per week, thirteen free weekends per year, and thirty-one calendar days of vacation.
