We are seeking an Assistant Reception Manager with 5 years of experience to join our outstanding team. If you are passionate about customer service and possess excellent interpersonal skills, keep reading! **About the role:** As our Assistant Reception Manager, you will be the friendly and professional face of our resort, especially in the "Front of the House" area. Your mission will be to guarantee an unforgettable experience for each guest from the moment they arrive until they depart. You will serve as the right-hand person to our reception team—answering inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless daily operations. **What we require:** * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar positions! We need someone who knows exactly what they’re doing. * Proficiency in English and Spanish—essential for communicating with our guests from around the world! * Additional languages are a PLUS! If you speak German, Swedish, Danish or any other language, we love it! * Experience in "Front of the House", managing daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. * Exceptional communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Sometimes the pace is frantic—but you’ve got it under control! ‍ * A positive, proactive attitude—always with a smile! * Flexibility in working hours.
